Hi. I’m Kristin. Welcome!

I’m a fiction writer and I’m here to help you tap into your creativity, write more, and make sense of the writing life.

This blog is for anyone who considers life fascinating and worth documenting, and for anyone who believes in the power of art and creativity.

Drop me a line and say hi!

  1. Kristin, Thank you ever so much for the mention and link. It’s fantastic to see you going for you dreams, as a start-up freelancer I know how tough it is but you can do it so go for it!

I don’t know how or why but somehow opportunities always present themselves when you’re trying and looking to achieve your dreams, so don’t keep up, just keep going.

Best of luck and keep in touch xx

  2. Hi!
I found your blog while scouring the internet for advice about applying to MFA programs. I’m currently in the junior year of my undergrad, and trying to figure out what would be best for me to do once I graduate. Being accepted to an MFA program would be ideal, but as I do more and more research it’s hard not to feel afraid about even applying. Would you recommend applying right out of undergrad? Or do you feel you could have garnered more acceptances if you took time after graduation to work more on your portfolio? Any advice you could give me would be greatly appreciated! I’m trying to work on my fiction more because I think that’s where I can really flourish if I dedicate more time to it. Thanks!
